Discord Emoji and Sticker Maker
Drop an image or GIF and get a file Discord accepts on the first try: emoji at 128×128 under 256 KB, stickers at exactly 320×320 under 512 KB. Animated GIFs stay animated, and nothing is uploaded.

Discord's limits, and what this does about them
Discord's help center lists custom emoji as JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, “up to 128x128 pixels” and “smaller than 256KB”. Stickers must be PNG (still) or APNG (animated), a maximum of 512KB and “320px x 320px (exact)”. A GIF does not count as a sticker format.
- Right size. The image is scaled into the square — padded with transparency or cropped to fill, your choice.
- Under the limit. Animated emoji are re-encoded with fewer colours, then fewer frames, until the file fits; the animation keeps its speed.
- Right format. Animated GIFs become animated GIF emoji or APNG stickers. Stills become PNG.
Limits are read as 1 KB = 1,000 bytes, the stricter reading, so a file that fits here fits on Discord.

Questions
Is my image really not uploaded?
Correct. Open developer tools, go to the Network tab, and convert something. You will see the page, the script bundle and a few tiny counter pings — no request carrying your image.
My animated sticker shows as a still image in chat.
Discord notes that APNG stickers do not animate when sent as a file attachment. Add them in Server Settings > Stickers > Upload instead.
Why did my GIF lose some frames?
To fit 256 KB, colours are reduced first and frames second. When frames are dropped, the remaining ones are shown longer, so the animation runs at the same speed. A shorter clip keeps more of them.
Can I make a server banner or avatar?
Not yet. This tool only makes emoji and stickers.
Is this an official Discord tool?
No. Little Toolworks is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. “Discord” is only used here to describe which limits the files are made for.
Do you store anything about me?
We count anonymous events — page opened, conversion finished, upgrade clicked — with no advertising cookies, persistent analytics identifiers or image data. A strictly necessary signed cookie is used only after purchase so Pro access survives a refresh.
