By using Little Toolworks, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You must have the right to process any files you select and remain responsible for your inputs and outputs.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or another person's rights; distribute malware; interfere with the service; bypass access controls for resale; or misrepresent Little Toolworks as affiliated with another company or model provider.
Paid features
Paid plans provide the features shown on the checkout or pricing page. A license is for the purchaser and may not be resold or publicly shared. Prices, limits, and features may change for future purchases; an active purchase will be handled according to the terms shown when it was made.
Service availability
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Browser capabilities, memory, hardware, or third-party services can cause failures. We may modify or discontinue features, but will make reasonable efforts not to remove paid access without an appropriate remedy.
Ownership
You retain rights in files you process and outputs produced from them. Little Toolworks retains rights in its website, code, branding, and service design, excluding third-party open-source components governed by their licenses.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Toolworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a paid claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
